Monitoring of Executed and Unexecuted prescriptions
The PharmacyOne® team fully understands the challenges and particularities that may arise during the execution of a prescription. Users can easily and quickly monitor both executed and pending prescriptions, as well as manage any outstanding items related to the customer. This is made possible through the dedicated tabs for each action (e.g., Executions, Aggregates, Recipe Cancellations) and the extensive filtering options that simplify information management.

POSSIBILITY OF PRE-EXECUTING A RECIPE
PharmacyOne® allows prescriptions to be stored for later execution or, when needed, executed earlier in order to better serve the pharmacy’s customers. Throughout the entire process, the system automatically calculates the insured person’s participation, updates the inventory of the preparations, and issues the necessary documents—both during pre‑execution and when the prescription is finally registered—without requiring any additional actions from the pharmacist.

Model SMS works in perfect harmony with PharmacyOne® and SoftOne ERP and utilizes all associated information in order to inform the customer immediately with the following features. Informing customers about the availability of products that were out of stock when requested by customers.
